Shipment

Casualplay shipments are made through:

  • The delivery time is 2 to 7 working days.
  • Shipping costs: € 6. For purchases over € 60, shipping is free.
  • Shipments are made through Nit Logistic.

Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you have provided on the form, so it is important that you pay attention when covering the delivery address data. We will not be responsible in case the delivery address is incorrect or incomplete. You can track the status of your order by requesting the information from ventas@play.es

For security reasons, Casualplay will not send any order to post office boxes or military bases, nor will we accept any order when it is not possible to identify the recipient of the order and its address. If you choose PayPal as payment method, once the order is placed, you are not allowed to make any change in the shipping address, since Paypal requires that the shipment be made to the address registered with them. MAKE SURE you have the correct address registered in Paypal before making the payment by this method.

Delivery Issues

You must notify Play of cases of non-receipt of orders exceeding 10 working days.

If delivery is impossible for us, the courier company will contact you again to agree on a new delivery date.

When your order is delivered you should check that everything is in accordance with the request. If there is any discrepancy or problem with the order, you must contact Play through the email informacion@play.es, leaving us your personal data and order number and indicating your problem. We will contact you shortly to resolve the issue.
